To start the SSL Certificate activation process, you can follow the procedure from the Customer Area or from the order confirmation email.
To activate from the Customer Area, you will need to:
- log in to the Customer Area, following the instructions in the guide;
- click on the Services tab;
- select Certificates to activate;
- click on Activate next to the SSL Certificate you want to activate:

To activate the SSL Certificate, you will need to click on the
Start Procedure button in the order confirmation email.
In the SSL Certificate request panel:
- enter the code provided in the email;
- click in the checkbox;
- click on Next:

The procedure described above does not require access via the Customer Area, so the link in the email can be given to third parties.
