- click on Continue:
An email will be sent containing the instructions you need to follow.
To recover your username using your telephone number, you need to click on

and follow the instructions:
- enter the telephone number associated with the username you want to recover;
- choose the verification field next to the words I'm not a robot, following the necessary procedure;
- click on Continue:
A verification code will be sent to you, which you will need to enter on the next screen.
