How to activate Code Signing

To start activating from the Customer area: 

  1. go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;    
  2. select Dashboard
  3. select Activate now, for the Code Signing service you want to activate; 
  4. enter the details of the technical contact and press Next
  5. enter the details of the organization contact and press Confirm and continue
  6. create a new username to use for signing. Press Confirm and continue
  7. enter the details of your organization and go to Confirm and continue
  8. read the terms and conditions. Press Confirm and continue

 

Once you have activated Code Signing, you will receive a temporary password to use the first time you sign in, which then needs to be changed straight away.

If you can’t find the email containing the temporary password, open a support request within 5 days to receive it again. After this time, you will have to revoke the Code Signing and buy it again from the website
