How to open a support ticket

To open a support ticket: 

  1. go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide; 
  2. go to Request support
  3. the email address for this username will be displayed under Email. Check that it is correct or change it if required; 
  4. select the type of ticket required; 
  5. under Description of the problem provide all the information necessary to allow the problem to be resolved; 
  6. if required, select Upload file to upload an attachment; 
  7. click on Submit.
