To open a support ticket:
- go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
- go to Request support;
- the email address for this username will be displayed under Email. Check that it is correct or change it if required;
- select the type of ticket required;
- under Description of the problem provide all the information necessary to allow the problem to be resolved;
- if required, select Upload file to upload an attachment;
- click on Submit.
