How to set up a default payment method

How to set up a default payment method

  1. Sign in to your Customer area  with your account username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing in to your Customer area
  2. under Account settings, select Payment methods
  3. select the payment method you want to set as default; 
  4. enter the details required; 
  5. select Add.

A default payment method is useful for speeding up your future purchases.

How to change the default payment method

  1. Sign in to your Customer area  with your account username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing in to your Customer area
  2. under Account settings, select Payment methods
  3. choose the method you want to set as default from your saved payment methods and select Set as preferred payment method
  4. read the message and select Confirm.

How to delete a default payment method

  1. Sign in to your Customer area  with your account username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing in to your Customer area
  2. under Account settings, select Payment methods
  3. select the x icon next to the default payment method; 
  4. read the message and select Delete payment method.

If you have a plan linked to the payment method you have deleted, the plan will not be renewed when it expires. Follow the instructions in the guide to set up a new default payment method
