How to start the activation procedure

Starting from the Customer Area

To start activation from your Customer Area:

go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
select Dashboard;
select Activate now, under the SSL Certificate to be activated;
enter the name of the domain to be certified;
select Continue.

Starting from the order confirmation email

To activate the SSL Certificate:

open the confirmation email you have received;
go to Activate Certificate;
if you have not been authenticated yet, you will be asked to sign in with your user details;
enter the name of the domain to be certified;
select Continue.

For SSL Certificates valid for Up to 5 domains: this is the only point in the procedure when you can enter other domains.
To add up to 5 domains, select Add domain, then enter the names of each additional domain.
