How to request a Plan

How to buy a Bronze, Silver or Gold Plan

1. Go to the website; 
2. decide whether you prefer to pay for your plan monthly or annually. Select Monthly payment or Annual payment (save 20%);
3. choose the type of warranty you need, either Standard or Plus from the dropdown menu, based on the type of plan – Bronze, Silver or Gold you want to buy; 
4. select Buy. 
5. If you have chosen a Gold plan you can decide whether to activate the Ruby extension. Visit the website for more details about the Ruby extension. If you want to buy it, select Buy from the screen displayed. Alternatively, click Close. 
6. To complete the order, click on Continue with order. To add other items to your cart, select Continue shopping; 
7. to enable the guarantee, tick the check box next to the words Warranty plus;
8. enter any discount code you may have and click on Apply; 
9. select Proceed to checkout; 
10. if you haven’t completed authentication, you will be asked to sign in with your user details or register as a new user; 
11. select the pencil icon next to Billing details; 
12. check the billing details entered. If they are missing, add them now; 
13. click on Continue. 
14. Read and accept the contractual terms and conditions. 
15. In the Payment section, select your preferred payment method. See this guide for more information on payment methods;  
16. at this point: 
    • if you have selected Credit card, enter the details requested, accept the contractual clauses and go to Pay order.
    • if you have selected PayPal accept the contractual clauses, go to PayPal, enter the details requested and complete payment. 

At this point, follow the instructions in the guide to activate the Certificates included in your Plan. 

How to request a Free Plan

1. Go to the website; 
2. select Request now next to the Free plan; 
3. if you haven’t completed authentication, you will be asked to sign in with your user details or register as a new user; 
4. select the pencil icon next to Billing details; 
5. check the billing details entered. If they are missing, add them now; 
6. click on Confirm changes. 

At this point, follow the guide to activate the Certificates included in your Free Plan.
