How to revoke an SSL Certificate

Deleting a Certificate being activated

To delete an SSL Certificate that has not yet been activated: 

  1. go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
  2. select Dashboard
  3. select Certificate status, next to the Certificate to delete; 
  4. go to Request to delete service
  5. read the message and press Confirm

Revoking an active Certificate

To revoke an active SSL Certificate: 

  1. go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;   
  2. select Dashboard
  3. go to Revoke certificate, next to the Certificate to revoke; 
  4. from the dropdown menu, select your reason for revoking the certificate; 
  5. read the message and press Confirm

If the request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you the full cost. The refund will be made automatically to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal). 

If the request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase, you are not entitled to a refund.
