Deleting a S/MIME Certificate being activated
To delete a S/MIME Certificate that has not yet been activated:
- go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
- select Dashboard;
- select Certificate status, next to the S/MIME Certificate to delete;
- go to Request to delete service;
- read the message and press Confirm.
Revoking an active S/MIME Certificate
To revoke an active S/MIME Certificate:
- go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
- select Dashboard;
- go to Revoke certificate, next to the S/MIME Certificate to revoke;
- from the dropdown menu, select your reason for revoking the certificate;
- read the message and press Confirm.
If the request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you the full cost. The refund will be made automatically to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal).
If the request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase, you are not entitled to a refund.
