Sign in to your customer area with your username and password. If you can’t remember how to do this, see the guide.
In the Dashboard section, you will find a list of your services. Identify the S/MIME certificate you wish to renew and select Renew Certificate. This will take you to the shopping cart page where you can place your order. You will find the fields pre-completed with details provided in previous orders.
If the old certificate expires after more than 30 days, the remaining days will be added to those of the new certificate.
Follow the steps shown by the system and complete the order. After this, you must generate a new S/MIME Certificate.
If a S/MIME certificate expires, it can no longer be renewed. Buy a new certificate.
