How to activating S/MIME

To start activating from the Customer area: 

  1. sign in to the Customer area with your username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing into your Customer area;   
  2. select Dashboard
  3. select Activate now, for the S/MIME service you want to activate; 
  4. enter the email address to be verified and press Next;
  5. enter details of the technical contact and press Confirm and continue
  6. enter the details of the organization contact and press Confirm and continue
  7. enter the details of your organization and go to Confirm and continue
  8. read the terms and conditions. Press Confirm and continue.

After activating, recover the password for the S/MIME Certificate from the email you receive.
