To start activating from the Customer area:
- sign in to the Customer area with your username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing into your Customer area;
- select Dashboard;
- select Activate now, for the S/MIME service you want to activate;
- enter the email address to be verified and press Next;
- enter details of the technical contact and press Confirm and continue;
- enter the details of the organization contact and press Confirm and continue;
- enter the details of your organization and go to Confirm and continue;
- read the terms and conditions. Press Confirm and continue.
After activating, recover the password for the S/MIME Certificate from the email you receive.
