Deleting a plan that is being activated
To delete a plan that has not yet been activated:
- Sign in to your Customer area with your account username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing in to your Customer area;
- select Your plan;
- select Manage subcription, next to the plan you want to delete;
- click on Revoke subscription;
- read the message and select Confirm.
Revoking an active plan
To revoke a plan that is already active:
- sign in to your Customer area with your account username and password. If you’ve forgotten how to do this, see the guide to signing in to your Customer area;
- select Your plan;
- click on Revoke subscription, next to the plan you want to delete;
- read the message and select Confirm.
