Upgrading or downgrading a plan
You can request an upgrade or downgrade of your Plan at any time. If you wish to downgrade, consider switching to a Plan that allows you to keep the certificates you have already activated.
To upgrade or downgrade a plan:
- go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
- select Your plan;
- click on Edit subscription plan;
- select Change next to the plan you want.
- Check the billing details registered or enter them as required;
- click on Continue;
- in the Payments section, select your preferred payment method. Further information on payment methods can be found in the guide;
- at this point:
- if you have chosen Credit card: enter the details required, accept the terms and conditions and go to Pay for your order.
- if you have chosen PayPal: accept the terms and conditions, go to PayPal, enter the details required and complete the order.
When you request an upgrade for your Plan, you pay the price difference calculated based on the time left until your subscription expires.
Changing the payment frequency of a plan
To change the payment frequency of a plan:
- go to the company website and sign in to your Customer Area. For more details on how to sign in to the Customer Area, see the guide;
- select Your plan;
- select Change payment plan, next to the plan you want to update;
- select Switch to annual payment or Switch to monthly payment depending on your preference;
- read the message and select Confirm.
If you have chosen Monthly payment, the next payment will be debited from the following month. If you have chosen Annual payment, the next payment will be debited from the following year.
